Community Board 5 (CB 5) will host its next monthly meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 4. The meeting agenda includes a public hearing on an application to the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals for a bulk variance at 1677 George St. to permit the development of a two-story and cellar commercial building, which requires a waiver of the minimum front yard regulation, in the M1-4D Zoning District.
The hearing will be followed by the public forum, a review of current applications for the sale of alcoholic beverages, a review of community demolition notices and the committee reports.
The meeting will take place in the cafeteria of Christ the King High School, located at 68-02 Metropolitan Ave., in Middle Village at 7:30 p.m.
