NYC Ferry is doing more than just offering a new means of travel between the outer boroughs and Manhattan.
The ferry network’s fleet also comes equipped with a series of vendor booths as part of a collaboration with New Stand. The booths come stocked with a variety of goods for sale, including:

- Electronics & Gadgets
- Gifts & Novelty items
- Home Goods
- Supplements & First Aid
- Office Supplies
- Personal Care Items
- Recreational Games
New Stand also stocks food and beverages items, including:
- QuestBar
- Nature Valley
- Altoid
- Kit Kat
- Chips
- Kasugai – Mixed Nuts
- San Pellegrino
- Reeses Peanut Butter Cup
- Gatorade
- Coke
- Canada Dry Ginger Ale
Following its initial launch on May 1, the NYC Ferry currently operates six boats on two routes, including one in Rockaway Beach. Two more boats will be added to the fleet following the launch of the South Brooklyn route in June, making for a total of eight boats. All of the service’s routes are expecting to be up and running by 2018.
