The male victim suffered lacerations from behind his right ear to the middle of his neck, across his jaw, and on the right side of his forehead; he was treated at a local hospital and received stitches and medical glue to close the wounds.
For this incident, Cancemi was charged with first- and second-degree assault, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
On February 13, at about 8:50 a.m. cops arrested and charged Cancemi on second-degree harassment and two counts of second-degree aggravated harassment charges, law enforcement agents said.
According to the criminal complaint, Cancemi allegedly was sending aggressive text messages, phone calls, and voicemails to a female stating “Now you are dead,” “Watch your back, I’m going to your job,” and “I’ll f*** you up.”
