Police are looking for a man who stole a pair of headphones from one victim and assaulted another in Flushing earlier this month.

According to police, at 2:19 p.m. on March 5, an unknown individual, who was accompanied by 25-year-old Camilo Mosquera of Freeport, NY, and a 14-year-old girl from Corona, approached two men — ages 18 and 17, respectively — in the vicinity of Main Street and Roosevelt Avenue. The unknown perpetrator then took the 18-year-old male’s Beats headphones.

After taking the headphones, authorities said, the thief proceeded to punch the 17-year-old male in the face. One of his two cohorts also attempted to stab the 17-year-old.

All three suspects then fled the scene. Mosquera and the 14-year-old suspect, whose name is being withheld due to her age, were taken into custody by police at 2:30 p.m. that same day and charged with robbery, assault and criminal possession of a weapon.

Police described the wanted suspect as an 18-year-old Hispanic male with light skin.
