The Green Mile: St. Pat’s kicks off with grand parades

St. Patrick’s Day is nearly here, but parades in celebration of the holiday have already started in Queens — one in Rockaway, the traditional first parade of the season, and the St. Pat’s Parade for All in Sunnyside.
