Queens residents will get a chance to walk on water, launch objects into orbit and defy gravity in a simulator at City of Science, which is returning to Jamaica Sunday, Dec. 2, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

City of Science is part of the World Science Fair and Con Edison. The free event held at the York College — located at 160-02 Liberty Ave. — will include “larger than life” demonstrations and hands-on activities about science, math, engineering and technology.

New additions to this year’s event include a “camouflage wall” in which participants wear a camouflage suit to blend into a leaf-covered wall, a reversible mixing station where attendees learn how to “un-mix” liquids, a rotation station that displays the physics of dizziness and more.

City of Science is free and open to all ages. Those interested can RSVP at bit.ly/2yx2uy0.
