Police are searching for a man who broke into a Flushing building and had a bizarre moment with a woman’s shoe.
Last Tuesday just before midnight, at 142-09 38th Ave., the man forced open the front door of the property. Inside the vestibule, he grabbed a 50-year-old woman’s shoe from the rack, performed a “lewd act” and smelled inside the shoe, police said.
The man then fled the location.
He is described as an Asian male between 30 and 40 years old, seen wearing a baseball cap and multi-colored clothing.
