Eleven affordable housing units are available for rent in Bushwick — with monthly rent starting at $1,850.
The eleven units are spread across two pairs of buildings; 127 & 129 Troutman St. and 79 & 81 Stanhope St. The units are being awarded via lottery, with applications now open at NYC Housing Connect.
There are a total of six units available at the Troutman Street buildings
Three units are offered in each building; one 1-bedroom apartment and two 2-bedroom units.
The monthly rent for the one-bedroom apartments is priced at $2,049 and the two-bedrooms at $2,399.
The income levels are listed in the chart below. Applications are due Aug. 16.

At 79 and 81 Stanhope St. a total of five units are on offer across the two addresses.
There is one 1-bedroom, three 2-bedroom apartments, and one 3-bedroom apartment. The monthly rent for the one-bedroom is priced at $1,850, the two-bedroom at $2,200, and the three-bedroom at $2,300. The income requirements are listed below.
The buildings have a virtual doorman, central heat/AC, and access to a rooftop terrace. The buildings are near the M and J trains and the B54, B38, and B60 buses.
