Two apartments in a newly-constructed North Corona building are now on offer through the city’s affordable housing lottery.

Two one-bedrooms units will be awarded to lottery winners for $1,700 a month in a new building at 105-05 Northern Blvd.

Applications for the units are open to households of one to three people who make between $58,286 and $115,320 combined annually. A full breakdown of the income requirements for each household size is below.

In addition to the monthly rent, tenants are responsible for electricity and gas bills which cover cooking, heat and hot water.

Nearby transportation options include the Q23, Q48 and Q66 buses.

The deadline to apply to the lottery is Nov. 19. Those eligible can apply online here.

While the units are given out to eligible applicants through a lottery, some preference is given to applicants with vision, mobility and hearing disabilities.
