One studio apartment, five one-bedroom apartments and seven two-bedroom apartments are available in a newly constructed building at 62-41 Forest Ave. Rents start at $1,450 per month for the studio unit and go up to $1,830 for the one-bedroom units and $2,442 for the two-bedroom units.

The studio unit is open to households of one to two people who make between $49,715 and $111,020 combined a year. The one-bedroom units are open to households of one to three people who make between $62,743 and $124,930 combined a year. A full breakdown of the income requirements to enter the housing lottery is below.

The building offers residents several amenities including a roof terrace, bike room, laundry room and fitness center, though additional fees apply for use of the fitness center.

Nearby public transportation includes the L and M subway lines and the Q67, Q58, Q54, Q39, QM24, B13 and B20 buses.

Tenants of the building will be responsible for the electricity bill in addition to monthly rent.

While the units are given out to eligible applicants through a lottery, some preference is given to applicants with vision, mobility and hearing disabilities.
