A woman was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver in South Ozone Park early Friday morning.

Police from the 105th Precinct in Queens Village responded to a 911 call of a pedestrian struck on the eastbound Belt Parkway at 150th Street and found the 60-year-old victim lying against the median with trauma to the body, police said.

EMS responded to the scene at South Ozone Park and pronounced the woman dead.

Authorities could not explain how the woman entered the Belt Parkway or why. The identity of the deceased is pending notification to the family.

There are no arrests and the NYPD’s Highway Collision Investigation Squad is investigating.
