MetroPlusHealth, New York City’s high-quality, affordable health plan for over 700,000 members, unveiled its iconic window exhibit to showcase the four winning uniform re-designs by students at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). The portable exhibit will be displayed throughout New York City in the coming months.

Over the past four months, 14 design students at FIT NYC have developed over 45 sketches and mood boards for MetroPlusHealth’s rebranded employee uniforms design challenge. The size-inclusive and culturally-sensitive designs will mark the first-ever official uniforms for MetroPlusHealth. The uniforms are not just an outfit for MetroPlusHealth’s staff; the designs represent the health insurance plan’s dedication to serving all New Yorkers.

Since 1985, MetroPlusHealth has helped the people of New York City get quality health care at little to no cost. For more information, visit metroplus.org. Join the conversation on social media at @metroplushealth.
