Police from the 104th precinct apprehend two teens and search for three more unidentified males in connection with the robbery of a corner store and deli in Maspeth last weekend.
Police say two 17-year-old males were arrested in connection with a robbery that occurred at approximately 9:20 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 24, inside the Honey Deli & Grocery, located on 63-22 Flushing Ave. in Maspeth.
According to the police report, a 39-year-old man reported that five unknown males walked into the business and two of the perpetrators went behind the counter and removed $4,000. The other two crooks stood in front of the other side of the store and one served as the lookout.

All the suspects fled on foot southbound on 84th Street in a white Hyundai Sonata, police said. No injuries were reported as a result of the robbery.
The apprehended 17-year-olds face multiple charges, including robbery-aided by another, robbery and criminal possession of stolen property.
