Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, the popular fast-food chain known for its limited but beloved menu, will open its first Queens outpost this summer.

The new chicken finger joint is scheduled to open on July 2 at 39-20 Main St in Flushing., a space previously occupied by Burger King.

This marks the sixth location in New York City, with three already established in Manhattan and two in Brooklyn.

Founded in 1996 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Raising Cane’s has built a loyal following with a simple menu centered around its marinated, hand-battered chicken fingers. These are cooked to order and served with crinkle-cut French fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and the chain’s secret, signature Cane’s sauce.

The Flushing location will offer meals in several combos, featuring three, four or six chicken fingers with sides and a drink. The chicken is also available as a sandwich, served on a toasted bun with lettuce and tomato.

This expansion comes as Raising Cane’s continues to grow, with another new location set to open at Penn Station at 1 Penn Plaza later this month.
