There are so many fun ways to stay fit in western Queens, from rock climbing at The Cliffs in Long Island City to swimming laps in Astoria Pool.

We asked our readers to tag us in their Instagram pics of working out, and we got an overwhelming response — it turns out that Astoria, Long Island City and Sunnyside are full of yogis, runners, cyclists, tennis players, pilates fanatics, dancers and more.

Take a look at some of our favorite photos, and be sure to tag @qnsgram or @boromagazine the next time you post a local photo on Instagram!
