Cops seek shooter who fired gun at construction worker in Hollis

The NYPD is looking for a man who fired a gun at a construction worker in Hollis earlier this week.

On Wednesday, July 29, around midnight, a 37-year-old construction worker directing traffic around a construction site near Foothill Avenue and Francis Lewis Boulevard, according to the NYPD. The driver of a gold Lexus began arguing with the man directing traffic and fired a gun once in his direction, police said.

The construction worker was not harmed during the incident.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
