The Central Queens YM & YWHA, located at 67-09 108th Street in Forest Hills, in an ongoing effort to better serve the needs of the Orthodox community, is proud to announce that from Nov. 6, until March 25, 2000, the Health and Fitness Department will open its doors on Saturday nights. Join us for women-only swimming sessions from 7-9 p.m. and for “men-only” swimming sessions from 3-11 p.m. In conjunction with the swimming schedule, the Body Shop (aerobics and weight training room), steam room and sauna will be available in separate time slots for men and women. And, in response to the community's request, we are offering separate lifeguard training for boys and girls as well as separate instructional swimming sessions. Early Childhood Program Registration has begun for the Early Childhood Program at the Bayside YMCA which starts this month. The program offers a variety of learning expeirences and fun activities for children ages 2 to 4 1/2. Full days and half-day classes are available. Call 229-5972. S
