The Bayside Running Stars Girls 13U AAU team comprised of Michelle Betos, Lauren Costello, EJ Dreyer, Emma Gorynski, Jessica Maurello, Angela Schumacher and Julie Serewko, led by the excellent coaching of head coach Pete Gornyski and assistant coach Dawn Gornyski, reached the finals of the AAU season and a finished with 33-7 overall record.
All of the girls played great basketball all season and improved tremendously while preparing for their high school careers. The girls would like to thank their coaches for all their hard work, patience, encouragement and knowledge and all the while making working hard so much fun. Over the past two years the girls have grown as individuals and as a team due to the efforts of their great coaches.
