Bus driver Maricela Fernandez, 61, (front) has been arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child after leaving a 4-year-old child unattended on a school bus. According to police, she left Lizette Rodriguez on the bus after having dropped off a group of passengers at the Forest Park School. Passersby called the NYPD after they saw the girl crying.
