With 21 licensed realtors, not only do they specialize in the Howard Beach area but also in many of the other fine neighborhoods in Queens.

Connexion Real Estate started in September of 1987 in a small office on Rockaway Boulevard. Their primary focus was in the neighborhood they lived in - Howard Beach. They set their goals on specializing in catering to their customers needs and making the process of selling or purchasing a home an easy and memorable experience for all concerned.
Through all these years, the neighborhood has not changed much. Most of the residents of Howard Beach have been here over 40 years, and now many of their children are current homeowners in the neighborhood in which they grew up.
Twenty years ago, Howard Beach consisted of mostly capes, ranches and hi-ranches with a few two-families thrown in. Now a lot of capes and ranches have been knocked down or “blown out” into huge custom mansions with all the trimmings.
In addition, many of the hi-ranches and two-families have been upgraded to either all-brick or stucco exteriors and interiors designed with a multitude of custom kitchens and baths. All of which makes Howard Beach one of the most sought after areas in Queens.
Like the neighborhood they are located in, Connexion I Real Estate Services Inc. has only gotten bigger and better over time. Growing from a small office on Rockaway Boulevard to a 2,000-square-foot office in the middle of Cross Bay Boulevard. In addition, increasing from five agents to 21 serving Howard Beach as well as most areas of Queens, and parts of Long Island and Brooklyn.
