Corrections Officer Arrested

An off-duty corrections officer was arrested on Friday, August 17.
According to police, Andrea Ortiz has been charged with illegal possession of a vehicle ID number, unauthorized use of a vehicle without owner’s consent, and criminal possession of stolen property.
