Fire Safety in Ozone Park

Members of Ozone Park’s CWV St. Louis DeMonfort Post 1721 pose after participating in Fire Safety Awareness Day, sponsored by Senator Serphin Maltese. Over 200 Ozone Park residents were educated on various aspects of fire safety, including common fire hazards, evacuation skills, smoke detector maintenance, and proper use of a fire extinguisher. All attendees were given free Fire Alert smoke detector and carbon monoxide alarms.
