Man breaks another Guinness Record

The records keep on coming. Less than a week after The Queens Courier reported that Jamaica resident Ashrita Furman, 52, broke three Guinness World Records, the current holder of the most individual records was at it again - this time reclaiming a record he once held.
On Saturday, August 18, Furman balanced 81-pint glasses on his chin for 12 seconds, to break the previous record of 80. Back in 2001, Furman set the then-record at 75 glasses, and he has been trying to break the record of 80 during the past few weeks, but the heat and humidity impeded a few of his attempts.
Although Guinness representatives will need to verify the record before it becomes official, Furman has already targeted a new site to break this record - The Leaning Tower of Pisa.
