Weather forced the Howard Beach Kiwanis Club to push back its annual Halloween Parade to Saturday, November 3 - after Halloween had come and gone - but the event went off without a hitch. Hoards of youngsters and parents gathered in costume on Cross Bay Boulevard to celebrate the spookiest holiday of the year.
