Attempted Robbery

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying this man, wanted for an attempted robbery on the “F” train.
According to cops, the suspect, a black man between 25 and 30, approached the victim, a 23-year-old woman, punched her in the neck, threatened her with scissors and demanded her property.
Before the victim could give him what he wanted, the train pulled into the 21st Street station and the perp, described as 6’1”, fled.
