Essay your way to a St. Lucia vacation

The Queens Courier, American Airlines and the St. Lucia Tourism Board are teaming up to give one lucky couple a vacation to St. Lucia.
The Courier is now accepting entries for its vacation for two giveaway contest. The couple that wins will receive round-trip airfare on American Airlines and a four-night stay at a hotel in St. Lucia.
The contest is open to residents of New York City who are over the age of 18. Couples interested in entering must send a 350 to 400 word essay about why they deserve to win the vacation. They also need to send a photo of themselves, which will not be returned.
All entries are due by May 8.
Essays must be typewritten. The essays, along with the photos, can be mailed to The Queens Courier, 38-15 Bell Boulevard, Bayside, NY 11361. They can also be e-mailed to gzerilli@queenscourier.com.
