Gold’s Gym goes purple for a cause

Two days before the second annual Howard Beach Relay for Life, the team “Just Delightful,” formed in memory of the grandfather of Justine Orr of Gold’s Gym, hosted a fundraiser for the event at Vetro. With raffles and prizes that included gift certificates to area restaurants, jewelry, an autographed Yankee ball and more, the evening raised $800, and Vetro even donated the night’s proceeds from the bar. “It was a very nice event,” said Orr.
