Police are looking for a man they say stole a woman’s cell phone on the “E” train on June 26.
The victim, 45, was riding the train when the suspect approached and grabbed her cell phone from her hand and fled the train onto the platform at 23rd Street and Ely Avenue.
The suspect is described as a male Hispanic, 16 to 20 years old, 6′, 140 pounds, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577 TIPS.
