LGBT holds ‘Winter Pride’ dance

The Queens Lesbian and Gay Pride Committee (QLGPC) hosted its annual fundraiser “Winter Pride Dinner Dance,” to recognize and honor those who have contributed to the movement in Queens. It also provides funding to produce the Queens Pride Parade and Multicultural Festival held each year on the first Sunday in June. The dinner dance was held at the Astoria World Manor and honored Pedro Julio Serrano, Communications Manager of the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, and Fran Rolan, Human Resource Director at Heritage of Pride.
