FLUSHING — Two men were arrested less than two weeks ago for a late night fight, the Queens district attorney’s office said.
Mark Kim, 51, and Sangwook Lee, 44, were arraigned Feb. 13 on assault and harassment charges in the incident that took place at Kim’s home at Roosevelt Avenue and 149th Street the night before, the Queens DA’s office said.
Kim was eating dinner with his friends when Lee knocked on his door and punched the homeowner in the face after the two got into a verbal argument after Kim opened the door, the criminal complaint said.
Kim allegedly retaliated by punching Lee in the face and throwing him out of the house into the snow, according to the complaint.
