New Lions Club set to roar

The newly created Bayside-Whitestone Lions Club will host its next meeting on May 4 at 7 p.m. at the offices of Vallone &Vallone located at 25-59 Francis Lewis Boulevard. Among the elected members are president Paul Vallone, district governor Pauline Francis and vice president Donald Frain. Our initial focus will be to provide much needed scholarships for our local children at the grammar school and high school level.
