The pending demise of Tastykake bakers is bad news for those of us who still have a sweet tooth. Consumers have had the luxury of selecting between Tastykake, Entenmann’s and Little Debbie.
All have been under tremendous pressure from the “Health Food” police who have attempted to make consumption of their products more difficult. Residents of Metropolitan New York and Queens will miss Tastykake.
Let’s hope Big Brother won’t be coming for our cookies, cakes and pastries any time soon. In the meantime, stock up on Hostess Twinkies® while you can.
