LOCATION YEARS: The parish of Our Lady of Grace was established in 1924 and is a part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn.

CONGREGATION SIZE: Approximately 1,000 families.

CONGREGATION UNIQUENESS: Along with Our Lady of Grace Church, there is also Early Childhood Center/Mommy & Me/2 Year Old Pre-Nursery/Babies of Grace, Ava Maria Catholic Academy from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade and Religious Education classes that are offered.

MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT OF SERVICE: “All the moments spent at service are memorable because they help the congregation grow closer as a family,” said Rucando.

LARGEST TURNOUT: The largest turnout for Our Lady of Grace is during the Easter and Christmas holidays.

WORDS OF INSPIRATION: “We’re always open to welcome all who are looking for God’s love manifested in our faith family.”

MOST POPULAR GATHERING SPOT: The Church is the most popular gathering spot at The Parish of Our Lady of Grace.

UPCOMING EVENT: The Rosary Society, an organization open to all women of the Parish, will gather on Sunday August 6, after mass in the School Hall. At the meeting, the women of the parish will offer devotion to Mary through the Rosary, as well as consider charitable acts to perform.
