News Flames In the Walls of a Bushwick Bldg. Firefighters rushed to a Bushwick apartment house last Saturday afternoon, Jan. 28, to extinguish a onealarm fire that broke out on the third floor, it was reported. According to Fire Department sources, the blaze ignited at around 3:20 p.m. within the walls of the third-floor of the building at the corner of Wilson Avenue and Jefferson Street. Responding to the scene (in the order of their arrival) were members of Engine companies 237, 218, 271 and 277; Ladder companies 124, 112, 108 and 110; Squad Co. 252; Rescue 2 and Battalions 28 and 37-under the direction of Division 14-along with the 83rd Precinct and EMS units. No injuries were reported. One hose line was used by firefighters to bring the blaze under control, an FDNY source said.
