He was also a U.S. Army veteran who served during the Korean Conflict. A former resident of County Monaghan, Ireland, he was the beloved husband of Theresa Treanor, loving father of Linda McPhillips, Steven Treanor and Lauren Treanor, fatherin law of Eugene and dear brother of Mary Frances, Una, Margaret, Jim, Joe and the late Edward. He was also a cherished uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Treanor was also the proprietor of Nolan-Treanor Flooring, Maspeth. He was the beloved husband of Lillian Cyran (nee Jarosz), loving father of Frederic, Alexander, Lawrence and Daniel, father-in-law of Maryellen, Maria and Judi, cherished grandfather of Amber and Howard, Marietta, Angela, Rachel, Matthew, Dominique, Michela, Jonathan, Zachary, Benjamin, Emily and the late Jason, cherished greatgrandfather of Tyler and dear brother of HelenAdinolfi, Edward Cyran and the late Ted Cyran. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
