M.v. Locals Feted at Hot Dog Party

State Sen. Joseph Addabbo (center) presented Certificates of Recognition to members of the 75th Street Block Association during a hot dog party held on Sunday, Sept. 16 on 75th Street between Caldwell and Eliot avenues in Middle Village. The recipients included Sissy Toomey (front row, third from left), who accepted on behalf of her late husband Frank; to Annie Eldred (front row, sixth from left), accepting on behalf of her husband Jim; and Maspeth High School freshman James Taggart III (at right). Block Association Treasurer Dmytro Fedkowskyj (second from left), President Dennis White (fourth from left) and Vice President Mike White (fifth from right) were also in attendance.
