Police are looking for two men who tried to rob a bank in Flushing over the weekend.
Around 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 24, at a Chase Bank location at 71-41 Main Street, one of the suspects passed a note to a teller demanding money while the other suspect waited by the customer service area, according to police.
The teller walked away and both suspects fled the location on foot without taking any cash.
Police describe the first suspect as a man in his 20s, 5’7″ tall, 120 pounds, slim build, with a mustache and wearing a black knitted hat and dark sweater.
The second suspect is a black man in his 20s, 5’10” tall, 120 pounds, with a blond mohawk haircut and wearing a dark-colored sweatshirt.
