Lori Waters and David Barbosa of Glendale were married on Mar. 25 with a reception held at the Doubletree Hotel in Key West, Fla. Waters is a FDNY paramedic and Barbosa is an EMS for Queens Hospital Center. The marriage was announced by proud parents Lynn and Ray Waters of Glendale and Lucia and Francisco Barbosa of Malverne, L.I.
