Capitol Honors for Corona Senior

In celebrating National Older Americans Month, Rep. Joseph Crowley paid a visit to the Racies Corona Senior Center last Friday, May 31, and presented a congressional citation to Hector Quiroz for his years of service to elderly residents in Corona. A native of Colombia, Quiroz was selected as the center’s Senior of the Year for volunteering his free time to help with maintenance work, member assistance and ongoing programs. Crowley is pictured presenting the citation to Quiroz.
