Four firefighters were taken to the hospital after being injured at a blaze inside a St. Albans home Friday morning, the FDNY said.
About 106 firefighters responded to a home on 197th Street where a fire started burning in the kitchen of a two-story home around 11:30 a.m.
It took crews about 20 minutes to put out the flames and the four injured firefighters were taken to Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
One was listed in serious-but-not-life-threatening condition.
