ELMHURST – The NYPD was trying to identify and locate a suspect in a grand larceny within the 110th Precinct.
A suspect allegedly opened a bank account on July 31 at a TD Bank in the Bronx, deposited a check belonging to a 20-year-old victim and withdrew $7,490, police said. The check has been reported stolen within the 110th Precinct, cops said.
The NYPD described the suspect as a heavyset Hispanic woman in her 20s or 30s. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, according to cops.
