JAMAICA — Police were seeking the public’s help in finding a man in connection with an attempted bank robbery.
The man entered a Bank of America, at 175-57 Hillside Ave., Nov. 27 at around 10 a.m. and slipped a teller a note demanding cash, said police.
The teller walked away from the suspect, who police described as black, in his 30s, 5-foot-8 and weighing 160 pounds.
Police said the suspect, who was wearing a black hooded jacket and jeans, then fled the bank.
