No injuries were reported after a one-alarm fire broke out at a Maspeth home on Christmas morning last Wednesday, Dec. 25. Fire Department sources said the one-alarm blaze ignited at about 11 a.m. on the second-floor of the home on 61st Street near Grand Avenue. Responding to the scene (listed in the order of arrival) were Engine companies 291, 206, 271 and 286; Squad companies 288 and 252; Ladder companies 140, 135, 124 and 128; Rescue 4; and Battalions 28 and 46-under the direction of Division 14-along with the 104th Precinct and EMS units. Two hose lines were used by firefighters to bring the blaze under control, a FDNY source said.
