Police are seeking the public’s help in tracking down the two men pictured here who are wanted for recently robbing a 34-year-old woman on board an M train traveling through Williamsburg. According to law enforcement sources, the victim was riding a Manhattan-bound M train as it stopped at the Lorimer Street station at around 10:30 p.m. on Dec. 17, 2013 when one of the suspects snatched a Samsung Galaxy 3 phone out of her hand and ran out of the train. The victim reportedly chased after the suspect and, as she caught up to him at the station, was pushed to the ground by a second perpetrator. Both crooks-described as black males in their 20s-fled the station in an unknown direction. Officers from the 90th Precinct and the NYPD Transit Bureau responded to the incident; the victim refused medical attention. Anyone with information regarding the robbery that could prove helpful is asked to contact Crime Stoppers by phone at 1-800- 577-TIPS, by text message to 274637 (enter information, then the code TIP577) or online at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com. All calls and messages will be kept confidential.
