RICHMOND HILL — Police were asking for help in identifying a suspect they say stole a cellphone from someone at Wireless World in Richmond Hill earlier this month, authorities said.
The NYPD said a black man was at the shop, at 113-03 Liberty Ave., around 7:30 p.m. Feb. 4 when he allegedly reached over the counter and took a phone out of a victim’s hand.
He is described as approximately 5-foot-8 and 200 pounds by the NYPD.
