Veteran members of the 104th Precinct Civilian Observation Patrol (104COP) were recognized for their years of service during a party thrown by the organization last Friday, Feb. 14, at St. Pancras Pfeifer Hall in Glendale. As noted, members who have been with 10 or 20 years of service to the group were honored, as were 104th Precinct officers and civilians who helped in the recovery effort following Hurricane Sandy. In the left photo, Capt. Christopher Manson (center) of the 104th Precinct presented 104COP First Vice President Elizabeth Delacruz with a certificate for 10 years of duty. They are pictured with 104COP President Frank Kotnik. Shown at right with Kotnik, Delacruz and Manson are other honored 104COP members, including (from left to right) Jon Miuta, Paul Icolari, Mark Pearson, Lou Kirschgessner, Jon Kablack, Ed Seidenable, Kurt Burger and Ronnie Roth.
