WOODHAVEN — Cops were hoping they could hit the jackpot after catching a burglar on camera playing a crooked Supermarket Sweep game in the borough.

Surveillance footage released by the NYPD this week shows a suspect police say burglarized a handful of stores across southern Queens as he strolled through a supermarket in Woodhaven after hours.

Police said the man usually climbs through the roof or air conditioning vent after a shop closes for the night and has helped himself to thousands of dollars worth of cash, phone cards and lottery tickets.

Surveillance cameras caught him Feb. 20 as he strolled through the aisles at the Pioneer Market on Jamaica Avenue.

Those with information should contact NYPD’s Crimestoppers by calling 1-800-577-TIPS (8477), visiting its website or texting 274637 (CRIMES) and entering TIP577.
