JAMAICA — Firefighters responded Tuesday morning to an all-hands fire that broke out in a seven-story building in Jamaica, said a spokeswoman for the Fire Department.
The alarm for the blaze, at 148-28 88th Ave., occurred at 8:52 a.m., and it was declared under control at 9:21 a.m., said the spokeswoman.
She added that 12 units with 60 firefighters fought the flames. There were no injuries reported.
