A real estate company announced that two new luxury developments have opened up in Astoria, both featuring modern exteriors, amenities and balconies with each unit.
The first is 25-79 31st St., a seven-story rental building with 23 units in total, which is being sold by Modern Spaces. The residential building features 22 one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom layout.
The 31st Street building boasts a fully equipped gym, white oak flooring, white cabinets, black quartz countertops and Whirlpool stainless steel appliances.
The building is in close proximity to Astoria Boulevard and Athens Square Park. Nearby transportation includes the N and W trains and the Astoria Ferry Terminal.
A second Modern Spaces development, The Willow, is a four-story condo with seven units. Located at 30-37 32nd St., there are six one-bedroom and one two-bedroom apartment available.
The square footage ranges from 488 to 507 square feet for one-bedrooms, and 922 for the two-bedroom. Featured amenities includes a roof deck, in-unit washer/dryers, large windows, balconies, oak wood floors, quartz countertops and Bertazzoni appliances.
The Willow is also located near Astoria Boulevard, the N and W trains and the ferry.
