Police raid alleged credit card fraud ring

QUEENS VILLAGE—A police raid busted 16 alleged Blood gang members, 13 of them from Queens, July 1 on charges of manufacturing and selling fraudulent credit cards in and around Queens Village, police said.

The raid recovered a loaded .40 caliber Glock, ammunition, $11,259 in cash, six laptops and various computer equipment, five hand-held skimmers, two card readers, four cell phones, three vehicles, numerous fraudulent credit cards and gift cards, 41 marijuana plants, two five-gallon containers of marijuana and high intensity lights, according to police officials.

The defendants were arrested and charged with grand larceny, possession of a forged instrument and criminal possession of marijuana, according to criminal court records.
